Yogurt recipe / Reteta de iaurt

Ingredients:

• 1 litre whole milk
• 1 small yoghurt (Danone)

Steps:

Boil the milk and let it cool.

When milk is warm add the yoghurt and mix well.

Pour into the jars of the yoghurt machine and turn it on.

Ingrediente:

• 1 litru lapte integral
• 1 iaurt mic Danone

Pasi:

Se fierbe laptele si se lasa la racit.

Cand laptele este caldut se adauga iaurtul si se amesteca bine.

Se toarna in borcanele aparatului de facut iaurt si se da drumul la aparat.
