Tincture from lilac flowers

Ingredients:




  • 1/2 litre of double refined alcohol 40%
  • lilac flowers


Steps:

Fill a half-litre bottle with lilac flowers.

Pour over alcohol.

Macerate for 20-22 days in a dark place.

Strain and squeeze the flowers. Store in bottle.

Drink 25-30 drops in 50 ml of water for 3 months. Three times a day before meals.

Usefull: gout, arthritis, rheumatism
