Yoghurt and green tea mask / Masca cu iaurt si ceai verde

Ingredients:

• 1-2 teaspoons green tea
• 200-300 ml yoghurt (fat)

Steps:

Mix well the ingredients.

Apply to face and neck (approx. 20-30 minutes).

Rinse with warm water.

Useful: skin regeneration

Ingrediente:

• 1-2 lingurite ceai verde
• 200-300 ml iaurt (gras)

Pasi:

Amestecati iaurtul cu ceaiul.

Mixati bine.

Aplicati pe fata si gat cca. 20-30 minute.

Clatiti cu apa calduta.
