Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kg flourwasp
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 50 g yeast
  • 1 and 3/4 cup milk
  • 180-200 gr butter
  • 3-4 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Steps:
In milk add 3 teaspoons of sugar and 50 grams yeast.
Let it grow until it fills the cup.
Mix flour, eggs, salt and two tablespoons of sugar. If needed, add more milk.
The dough must be firmly enough to be spread thick as a knife blade. Spread with a rolling pin.
Mix 180-200 grams of butter and 4 tablespoons of sugar. Mix until it becomes fluffy.
Spread butter with a knife on the dough sheet.
Fold.
Cut into 12 pieces.
Put the pieces in a saucepan, spaced and standing.
Put to rise in a warm place (about 1 hour – 1 hour and a half).
Put in the oven at high heat (45-60 minutes).
In the meantime, mix in a cup the milk and 3-4 tablespoons of vanilla.
When is baked, pour milk over it and bake another 15 minutes.

reteta strabunicii mele –
Ingrediente:
  • 1/2 kg faina
  • 4 galbenusuri
  • 6 linguri de zahar
  • 3 lingurite zahar
  • 50 gr drojdie
  • 1 3/4 cana lapte
  • 180-200 gr unt
  • 3-4 linguri de vanilie
  • sare
Pasi:
In lapte se adauga 3 lingurite de zahar si 50 grame drojdie.
Se lasa sa creasca pana se umple cana.
Se amesteca cu faina, ouale si doua linguri de zahar. Daca mai trebuie lapte se adauga.
Aluatul trebuie sa fie potrivit de tare ca sa se poata intinde cu sucitorul. Se intinde o foaie de grosimea unei lame de cutit.
Se iau 180-200 grame unt si se freaca cu 4 linguri de zahar. Se freaca pana devine spuma.
Se intinde untul, cu cutitul, pe foaie.
Se ruleaza foaia.
Se taie in 12 bucati.
Se aseaza bucatile intr-o cratita, in picioare. Cu distanta intre ele.
Se pun sa creasca la loc cald circa 1 ora – 1 ora si jumatate.
Dupa ce au crescut se pun la cuptor, la foc mare (45-60 minute).
In acest timp se pune intr-o cana lapte si 3-4 linguri de vanilie.
Cand prajitura s-a copt, se toarna laptele peste ea si se mai da la cuptor 15 minute.
