Rose liqueur

Ingredients:



  • 300-500 ml of 70% refined spirit
  • 500 g of rose petals (for jam)
  • 100-150 g sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice (optional)


Steps:

Petals are put in a bottle and refined alcohol is added.
Let it soak for at least 25 days.
Boil sugar in water (add the lemon juice).
Allow to cool.
(the amount of water is up to you, if you want less alcohol use more water)
Remove the petals from alcohol and add the syrup.
