Sour cherry brandy / Visinata

Ingredients:

• 200-300 gr sour cherry 
• pure alcohol (90 % )
• 1/2 kg of sugar

Steps:

Put the sour cherries in a large bottle. Cover them with alcohol.

This way, can be put aside even a year.

When you want to drink sour cherry brandy, put water and sugar in a pot.

Simmer. Let cool .

Pour over the sour cherries.

It can be done with blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, apricots.

Ingrediente:

• alcool pur (90%)
• 1/2 kg zahar

Pasi:

Intr-o damigeana puneti visinele si acoperiti-le cu alcool.

Pot fi lasate asa si un an de zile.

Cand doriti sa beti visinata, intr-un ibric puneti apa si zaharul.

Fierbeti. Lasati sa se raceasca.

Turnati peste visine.

Se mai poate face cu: mure, afine, zmeura, caise
