Eggnog / Lichior de oua

Ingredients:
1-2 vanilla podsvanilie
15 yolks
1 egg white
300 gr of sugar
230 ml pure alcohol (90%)
Steps:
Stir the vanilla core in approx . 220 ml hot water and add the sugar (300 gr). Allow to cool.
Beat the 15 yolks in a large bowl. Pass them trough a sieve.
Add gradually the water with sugar and vanilla. Stir permanently. Finally add an egg white. Stir to combine.
Combine 230 ml of pure alcohol (90%) with 110 ml of water and add them to the composition. Stir constantly .
Keep cold in bottles.

Ingrediente:

  • 1-2 pastai de vanilie

  • 15 galbenusuri
1 albus
300 grame zahar
230 ml alcool 90%
Pasi:
Se adauga miezul pastailor de vanilie in cca. 220 ml de apa calda, impreuna cu cele 300 de grame de zahar. Se lasa la racit.
Cele 15 galbenusuri se freaca intr-un bol si se strecoara intr-o sita fina.
Apa cu zaharul si vanilia se adauga treptat la galbenusuri. Se amesteca permanent. Este momentul in care se adauga si un albus compozitiei.
Cei 230 ml de alcool de concentratie 90% se combina cu 110 ml de apa, dupa care se adauga la compozitie. Se amesteca permanent.
Se pastreaza la rece in sticle.
