Artichokes (plant that heals) / Anghinare (planta care vindeca)

Ingredients:

• 1 teaspoon artichokes (internal use)

          or
       
          2 tablespoons artichoke (external use)

• 1 cup boiling water (for internal use)

          or

          500 ml boiling water (external use)

Steps:

Mix the artichoke with hot water and leave to infuse for 20-30 minutes. Drink or use externally (baths for hemorrhoids).
Util: antiseptic, mineralizing, anti-inflammatory, kidney, hives, itching, hemorrhoids (external use)

Ingrediente:

• 1 lingurita anghinare (uz intern) 

          sau
          2 linguri anghinare (uz extern)

• 1 cana apa fiarta (pentru uz intern) 

          sau
   
          500 ml apa fiarta (uz extern)

Pasi:

Se amesteca anghinarea cu apa fierbinte si se lasa la infuzat 20-30 de minute. Se bea sau se foloseste extern (bai pentru hemoroizi).
Util: antiseptic, mineralizant, antiinflamator, rinichi, urticarie, prurit, hemoroizi (uz extern)
