- 2 litre of milk (attention: from producer )
- 300 gr yoghurt (fat)
Steps:
Boil milk. Allow to cool.
When it is still warm, place in a jug. Slowly add the 300 gr yoghurt and mix gently with a wooden spoon .
Place on a wooden board and cover with a kitchen towel .
After one day and a half, you can eat .
Please note: for one and a half days “do not disturb” the yoghurt.

- 300 gr iaurt
Pasi:
Se fierbe laptele. Se lasa la racit pana mai ramane putin caldut.
Se pune intr-un ulcior. Se adauga incet iaurtul si se amesteca usor cu o lingura de lemn.
Se pune pe un fund de lemn si se acopera cu un prosop de bucatarie.
Dupa o zi si jumatate se poate manca.
Atentie: timp de doua zile nu se umbla la iaurt
