Ingredients:
- 1/4 l water
- 15 g cumin
- 15 g fennel (crushed)
- 15 g aniseed (crushed)
Steps :
Bring the water to a boil.
Mix cumin and anise with fennel .
Boil two teaspoons of this mix.
Let to infuse approx. 8-10 minutes. Filter. Drink unsweetened .

- 15 g fenicul pisat
- 15 g anason pisat
Pasi:
Se pune apa la fiert.
Se amesteca chimenul cu feniculul si anasonul.
Se oparesc doua lingurite de amestec.
Se lasa sa infuzeze cca. 8-10 minute. Se strecoara. Se bea neindulcit.
