Ingredients:
- 400 gr flour
- 100 gr sugar
- 300 gr vanilla sugar
- 100 g butter or lard
- 4 eggs
- 50 g yeast
- 1 ladle of milk
- jam or marmalade
Steps:
Mix flour with sugar, butter (lard), yeast, milk and four yolks.
Allow to rise.
Beat egg whites (firm) with vanilla sugar.
Put dough in a greased pan.
When is baked, put jam (marmalade) and whipped egg whites.
Bake again until crisp.
Cut when cold.

Ingrediente:
- 400 gr faina
- 100 gr zahar
- 300 gr zahar vanilat
- 100 gr unt sau untura
- 4 oua
- 50 gr drojdie
- 1 polonic de lapte
- gem sau marmelada
Pasi:
Se amesteca faina cu zaharul, untul (untura), drojdia, laptele si cu patru galbenusuri.
Se lasa la dospit.
Albusurile se bat tari cu zaharul vanilat.
Aluatul se pune la copt intr-o tava unsa.
Cand este copt se pune gem (marmelada) si albusurile batute.
Se coace pana albusurile se rumenesc.
Se taie rece.
