Ingredients:
– Dough –
– for the filling –
- 1 kg milk
- 300g caster sugar
- 250g flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Steps:
Mix water and oil. Bring to boil. Add slowly the flour. Mix well .
Allow to cool.
When cool, add 5 whole eggs one by one, mixing well.
On a greased tray, place dough (with a decorating bag). Bake at high heat.
For the filling: Mix sugar with flour, vanilla and eggs. Slowly add hot milk. Cook at Bain Marie.
Cut the baked dough in half and fill with cream. Add whipped cream.
Ingrediente:

- 150 gr faina
- 200 gr ulei
- 1 pahar apa
– pentru crema –
- 1 kg lapte
- 300 gr zahar pudra
- 250 gr faina
- 1 lingurita extact de vanilie
Pasi:
Se pune apa cu uleiul sa fiarba. Cand fierbe, se pune incet faina si se amesteca bine.
Se lasa la racit.
Dupa ce s-a racit, se adauga 5 oua intregi. Unul cate unul, amestecand bine.
Se pun, cu spritul, pe o tava unsa. Se coc la foc mare.
Pentru crema: Se freaca zaharul, cu vanilia, ouale si faina. Se adauga incet laptele clocotit.
Se pune pe foc, la bain-marie, pana se leaga.
Taiati aluatul copt in doua si umpleti-l cu crema. Adaugati frisca.
