Pasi:
Se bat albusurile tare.
Se pune zaharul si galbenusurile in albusuri.
Se ingroase in Bain Marie.
Se lasa la racit.
Untul se freaca cu cacaoa pana devine o spuma.
Untul cu cacao se adauga peste compozitia racita. Incet.
Se adauga nuci prajite.
Se tapeteaza cu hartie de copt o tava.
Se toarna compozitia si pune in frigider 24 de ore.
Se rastoarna si se taie.
