Rose syrup

Ingredients:

  • 400 g of rose petals (for jam)
  • 2 kg of sugar
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1/2 lemon


Steps:

Boil the water. Add the petals when seething.

After 10-15 minutes remove the petals.

Add the lemon juice.

Add the sugar and mix well.

Let it boil until reduced and becomes a thick syrup.
