Vermouth / Vermut

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kg ricevermut
  • 1 and 1/2 kg sugar
  • 2 litres water
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 30 gr yeast
  • 3 clove
Steps:
Wash the rice.
Boil the sugar in two litres of water.
Place in large bottle the rice with sugar water. Add the sliced ​​orange and lemon, cloves and yeast.
Add 5 litres of water.
Leave to ferment six weeks.

Ingrediente:
  • 1/2 kg orez
  • 1 1/2 zahar
  • 2 litri apa
  • 1 portocala
  • 1 lamaie
  • 30 gr drojdie
  • 3 cuisoare
Pasi:
Se spala bine orezul.
Zaharul se fierbe in cei doi litri de apa.
Se pun intr-un borcan orezul cu apa cu zahar. Se adauga portocala si lamaia taiate felii, cuisoarele si drojdia.
Se adauga 5 litri de apa.
Se lasa la fermentat 6 saptamani.
