Vegetable Bors / Ciorba de legume

Ingredients:
  • 1-2 onionsciorba
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 capsicum
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 2-3 potatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bunch lovage
  • 1 litre borČ™
  • sunflower oil
  • salt
Steps :
Cut all vegetables into small pieces.
Boil 4 litres of water . When water begins to boil add the onions, carrots and peppers. After 10 minutes add the potatoes. After another 10 minutes, add zucchini and tomatoes.
Put oil and salt. Let it boil. In the last half hour plus borsch. Finally sprinkle chopped lovage.
Note: you can add parsley root too

Ingrediente:
  • 1-2 ceape
  • 1 morcov
  • 1/2 ardei capia
  • 1/2 ardei verde
  • 2-3 cartofi
  • 1 dovlecel
  • 2 rosii
  • 1 legatura de leustean
  • 1 litru de bors
  • ulei de floarea soarelui
  • sare
Pasi:
Se taie marunt toate legumele.
Se pun 4 litri de apa la fiert. Cand incepe sa fiarba apa se adauga pe rand ceapa, morcovul si ardeii. Dupa 10 minute se adauga cartofii. Dupa inca 10 minute se adauga dovlecelul si rosiile.
Se pune ulei si sare. Se lasa la fiert. In ultima jumatate de ora se adauga borsul. La final se presara leusteanul taiat marunt.
Nota: se poate pune si radacina de patrunjel.
