Sour cherry syrup / Sirop de visine

Ingredients:
  • 3 kg sour cherriessirop
  • 1 pack preservative (Dr Oetker)
  • 1 pack lemon salt
  • 4 kg sugar
  • 3 litres water
Steps :
In a big jar, put the sour cherries, preservative, lemon salt and sugar.
Pour 3 litres of cold water.
Stir well with a wooden spoon.
Cover with a cloth.
Occasionally, stir.
After approx. 48 hours put in bottles (in a cold place).
Preserve the remaining sour cherries in a jar (with preservative and sugar). You can use them to make desserts.
You can also use: strawberry, apricot , raspberry.
Raspberries and strawberries , strain before putting in bottles.

Ingrediente:
  • 3 kg de visine
  • 1 pachet conservant
  • 1 pachet sare de lamaie
  • 4 kg de zahar
  • 3 litri apa
Pasi:
Intr-un borcan mare puneti visinele si zaharul.
Turnati 3 litri de apa rece.
Amestecati bine cu o lingura de lemn.
Acoperiti cu o carpa.
Din cand in cand amestecati cu lingura de lemn continutul borcanului.
Dupa cca. 48 de ore trageti la sticle in camara.
Visinele ramase le puneti la borcan cu conservant si zahar pentru prajituri.
Mai puteti folosi: capsuni, caise, zmeura.
Daca raman samburi (capsuni si zmeura) – strecurati inainte de a pune in sticle.
