Mushroom stew / Tocanita de ciuperci

Ingredients:
  • 18-25 large mushroomsciuperca
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • 1 carrot (medium)
  • 1 zucchini (medium)
  • 1-2 onions (medium)
  • fresh dill
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • sunflower oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine (dry)
  • salt and pepper (to taste )
Steps :
Wash mushrooms and cut into large slices.
Finely cut the onion, garlic, peppers, zucchini, tomatoes and carrots.
Put oil in a wok (about 2-3 tablespoons). Add onion and garlic. Let them soften .
Pour the white wine and stir (1-2 minutes).
Add peppers, carrots and 1/2 cup of water.
Mix. After 2-3 minutes add the mushrooms, tomatoes and tomato juice. Stir constantly .
After 10 minutes add zucchini . Put salt and pepper to taste .
Continue to mix.
Chop the dill finely and add.
Simmer on low heat. Stir occasionally.
Ready in 45- 60 minutes.

Ingrediente:
  • 18-25 ciuperci mari
  • 3-4 cate de usturoi
  • 1 ardei capia
  • 1/2 ardei verde
  • 1/2 ardei galben
  • 1 morcov mediu
  • 1 dovlecel mediu
  • 1-2 cepe
  • 1 legatura de marar
  • 1 cana suc de rosii
  • 2 rosii coapte
  • ulei de floarea soarelui
  • 1/2 pahar de vin alb sec
  • sare si piper (dupa gust)
Pasi:
Spalati si taiati felii mari ciupercile.
Taiati ceapa, usturoiul, ardeii, dovlecelul, rosiile si morcovul marunt.
Intr-un wok puneti ulei la incins. Adaugati ceapa si usturoiul. Lasati sa se inmoaie.
Turnati vinul alb si amestecati (1-2 minute).
Adaugati ardeii, morcovul si 1/2 pahar de apa.
Amestecati si dupa 2-3 minute adaugati ciupercile, rosiile si sucul de rosii. Amestecati incontinuu.
Dupa 10 minute adaugati dovlecelul. Puneti sare si piper dupa gust.
Continuati sa amestecati.
Tocati mararul marunt si adaugati-l la mancare.
Lasati sa scada la foc mic. Amestecati din cand in cand.
Gata in 45-60 minute.
