Monastic donuts / Gogosi manastiresti

Ingredients:
  • 1 kg flourgustos
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cube yeast Dr Oetker
Steps:
Put the yeast in warm water, in a cup to soak.
Put the flour in a large bowl.
In the middle of flour add salt and yeast. Mix.
Put warm water to mix well.
The dough must remain just a little sticky.
Allow to rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
In a wok put oil halfway and let it heat up.
Wet your hand in warm water and take a piece of dough.
Spread, in hand, with circular movements. Put in wok to fry.
Repeat until you finish the dough.
Cover with a cloth the donuts container.
Eat simple, salty, or with garlic .

Ingrediente:
  • 1 kg faina
  • 1 lingurira sare
  • 1 cub drojdie Dr Oetker
Pasi:
Drojdia se pune in apa calduta, Intr-o cana, la inmuiat.
Intr-un castron mare se pune faina.
Se face loc in mijloc si se adauga sarea si apa cu drojdie. Se amesteca.
Se pune apa calduta cat cuprinde.
Aluatul trebuie sa raman putin lipicios.
Se lasa la dospit 1 – 1 1/2 ore.
Intr-un wok se pune ulei pana la jumatate si se lasa sa se incinga.
Se uda mana in apa calduta si se ia o bucata de aluat.
Se intinde in mana prin miscari circulare. Se pune gogoasa la prajit.
Se repeta pana se termina aluatul.
Acoperiti recipientul in care puneti gogosile cu o carpa.
Se pot manca simple, cu sare, cu usturoi.
