Lemon Pound Cake / Chec cu lamaie

Ingredients:
for cake
  • 1 ½ cups flourchec
  • 100-150 g butter
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • Juice from a small lemon
  • vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 baking powder
for glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Steps:
Mix the eggs with the sugar. Add the vanilla extract (1-2 teaspoons). Mix.
Add the lemon juice . Mix.
Add flour and baking powder and mix .
Add oil. Mix.
Grease a baking tray and put baking paper. Place dough .
Bake until toothpick pass the test.
Once cooled mix milk with powdered sugar and lemon juice.
Put over cake. Let to become stiff.

Ingrediente:
Pentru chec
  • 1 ½ cani faina
  • 100-150 gr unt
  • 1 ½ cani zahar
  • 4 oua
  • Zeama de la o lamaie mica
  • esenta de vanilie
  • 1 lingura de ulei
  • 1 praf de copt
Pentru glazura
  • 1 cana zahar pudra
  • 2-3 linguri lapte
  • 1-2 linguri zeama de lamaie
Pasi:
Se amesteca ouale cu zaharul. Se mixeaza.
Se adauga extract de vanilie (1-2 lingurite). Se mixeaza.
Se adauga zeama de lamiae. Se mixeaza.
Se adauga faina si praful de copt si se mixeaza.
Se adauga uleiul. Se mixeaza.
Se unge o tava si se pune hartie de copt.
Se pune aluatul.
Se coace pana trece testul scobitorii.
Dupa ce se raceste se amesteca zaharul pudra cu laprele si zeama de lamaie.
Se pune peste chec si se lasa sa se intareasca.
