Lilac's oil (healing plant)

Ingredients:


  • 20 gr lilac flowers (dried)
  • 150 ml sunflower oil


Steps:

Boil the sunflower oil, along with the lilac flowers, on a steam bath.
Let it cool.
Filter after two to three days. Keep in pantry.

Usefull: rheumatic diseases
