Ingredients:
- 8-10 roasted peppers
- 2 medium onions
- tomato juice
- 3-6 cloves garlic
- 3-5 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon flour (optional )
- salt
- pepper
- 1 bunch of parsley
Steps:
Roast the peppers. Peel and remove core.
Cut peppers in slices.
Put oil in a saucepan to heat up.
Add chopped onion. Let it soften. Add some water.
Put peppers. Add also some of the juice left by the roasted peppers.
Let it boil 7-8 minutes.
Add one cup of tomato sauce in which you put the flour.
Add chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste .
Let it boil another 5-10 minutes (to reduce).
Take it off the stove. Add the chopped parsley.

- 2 cepe medii
- suc de rosii
- 3-6 catei de usturoi
- 4-5 linguri ulei de floarea soarelui
- 1 lingura faina (optional)
- sare
- piper
- 1 legatura de patrunjel
Pasi:
Coaceti ardeii. Decojiti-i si scoateti cotoarele.
Taiati felii ardeii.
Intr-o oala puneti uleiul sa se infierbante.
Adaugati ceapa tocata. Lasat-o sa se inmoaie. Adaugati putina apa.
Puneti ardeii si zeama lasata de ardei.
Lasati sa dea in clocot 7-8 minute.
Adaugati o cana de suc de rosii in care ati pus faina.
Adaugati usturoiul tocat, sare si piper dupa gust.
Lasati inca 5-10 minute sa scada.
Dupa ce ati luat-o de pe foc, adaugati patrunjelul tocat.
Taiati felii ardeii.
